May 24, 2008 Tornado
editI updated the death toll to include a resident who died on May 26, 2008 of injuries sustained in the tornado. I have also added a second source for the death toll of 5 and a National Weather Service source for the EF5 designation of the tornado. Please discuss before reverting these factual statements. Justus R (talk) 02:46, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well, I see that I put in the source for five, but neglected to change the number to five. Oh, well. It is five in Parkersburg and 2 in New Hartford for a total of 7. But I'm getting tired and I will leave it for tonight. Tomorrow will be a better day! Justus R (talk) 03:22, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
- As you can see from my edit summary, I reverted because I didn't find the 5 in the source. The problem was the second KWWL story: I noticed that it was a seventh person, but I missed the fact that it listed people's hometowns. Since I missed that, the only source for deaths by city that I saw was the older one of four deaths. Thanks for fixing my error! Nyttend (talk) 05:02, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
