Common techniques

editGeneral explanation of the concept of vaults. i.e. A jump over an object, assisted by placing the arms on that object. Definately explain that there are different vaults applicable in difference circumstances, but it's probably not appropriate to list/explain specific vaults.
Jumps
editExplanation of the concept of gap jumps, precisions, drops (rolls?), maybe arm jump & muscle ups.
Other techniques
editE.g. Climbing, balance, maybe tic-tacs.
History
editAbout David Belle, Raymond Belle, etc.
Free running
editDefine FR as being like Parkour with tricks integrated. Definately don't use the term "Freestyle Parkour" (except maybe to state that the term is deprecated), and explain that FR is generally considered to be a different discipline to Parkour due to the fact that it has a different aim to parkour and includes movements (i.e. tricks) that are against the philosophy of parkour (in that they are unnecessary).
