Expansion and inclusion of all parliaments

Would anyone oppose an expansion of this article (or possibly the creation of a new article at List of parliament buildings) to include a list of every national parliament building in the world? It could include photos of them, architects, date built, location and other important information. As of current, no such info is collated as such anywhere else on the web.
