Reference to Hustlin'

Now, I know that original research is bad, but I'm nearly certain that the line "Everyday I'm shuffling" is a direct reference to Rick Ross's "Hustlin,'" which has the line "Everyday I'm hustlin'" during the chorus, said in the same tone and inflection. What's the requirement for evidence to include this? It would be unprofessional to merely say "the line [shuffling] may be a reference to [hustlin']." There are several Facebook and other social groups with comments regarding this, but I can't find any professional opinions or writing from the two artists. 20:43, December 3, 2011 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.227.7.35 (talkcontribs)

I wanted inclusion of a reference to Hustlin', but noticed that there already was one. This section was unnecessary, but I'm far too lazy to search for deletion criteria. 20:46, December 3, 2011 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.227.7.35 (talkcontribs)

Request for improvement: This article needs more about the song itself

Specifically, it should helpfully include some description of the song's most distinctive feature, the electronic scratch-melody. Robert K S (talk) 15:44, 6 February 2012 (UTC)

that's right, article needs more references to what the songs' influences are, what changes it has, what instruments were used in its production. etc. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.202.3.170 (talk) 04:05, 24 February 2012 (UTC)

This is missing a Live performance section

They've performed in Dancing With The Stars last year and the song was featured in Madonna's medley performance at the Super Bowl this year. Bleubeatle (talk) 04:45, 8 February 2012 (UTC)

Critical reception

Why isn't there a part in this article that talks about this song's critical reception?--Fladoodle (talk) 21:36, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

Well it's not because there are none at the moment that you can't add the section yourslef ;-) Feel free to do it with notable reviews and sources.--Sofffie7 (talk) 12:21, 6 June 2012 (UTC)

I can't fix it, it's beyond me. The correct link is http://www.ifpi.fi/tilastot/virallinen-lista/artistit/lmfao/party+rock+anthem — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anttir717 (talkcontribs) 20:25, 5 October 2013 (UTC)

Influences

I've added a note at the the "other" section at the end "Influences include:" there's no official statement on these - except for you to listen yourself - the song clearly samples and uses these songs as influences. 10:27, April 17, 2015 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.195.109.0 (talkcontribs)

This songs influences have been systematically wiped from the internet - try searching. hence my insistence that these are known to all. I've added a new section under music. "Influences include: "Call on Me" by Eric Prydz, "Riverside (Let's Go)" by Sidney Samson ft Wizard Sleeve (Note - there are two versions of this song, one with swearing and one without) and more controversially by "Everday I'm hustlin'" by Rick Ross - since Rick Ross is suing LMFAO for copyright infringement, claiming the refrain "Everday I'm shufflin'" rips off the Bawse's own lyric." 14:18, May 8, 2015 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.86.114.207 (talkcontribs)

Genre

As with the other article, there has been a continuing effort here to add various unusual genres. None of them are sourced. None of them have been discussed. All of them are now gone. - SummerPhDv2.0 21:50, 14 August 2019 (UTC)
