I have removed the sentence, "He has also won two non-tour events, the 1987 Grand Prix PGA and the 1987 French PGA Championship." It says he did so on the European Tour site, but it must be an error as he was a 15 year old amateur at that time. I don't know where else to check results for such obscure tournaments. This article was automatically assessed because at least one article was rated and this bot brought all the other ratings up to at least that level. BetacommandBot07:41, 27 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
I have removed ", and he is a strong claimant for the status of being the least successful golfer to have won on the European Tour" as this is a gratuitous and hostile comment. In fact the man moved to Canada where he is pursuing a successfull career as a golf instructor.
