Q: who can offer more precise costing than what was mentioned briefly in section "Coatings"?

ideally, a link to a web page where researchers are adding new products as they publish research papers...

be nice if it was a summary in table form... columns including: efficiency of thermal radiating (scale 0.00 to 0.99); reflectivity (scale 0.00 to 0.99); toxicity; cost per sq. M; availability (exotic chemicals vs. common place); relative ease of application (scale 1 to 5); resistance to weather (scale 1 to 5);

Q: why is acetone used as an example of "toxic solvents common in paints" in the Coatings section, when acetone is actually considered one of the greenest solvents out there? I'd think it more appropriate to use an example like xylene or toluene, which are often used in paints and are considered to be much worse environmentally than acetone.[1]
