- I disagree. Passport fraud involves the deceptive use of of a passport that might be real, such as applying for a real passport, or visa, using false information or using a stolen document. Forgery involves the creation of a realistic looking document that is false. While the intent of creating the forgery is to defraud, the fraud only happens when the forgery is used. While the two concepts are often related, they are seen as distinctly different in law and in practice. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 20:45, 10 June 2024 (UTC)
