Perhaps the published document is incorrect, but the Maryland State archives shows the Paternal Gift Farm owners subdivided with parcels place in preservation easements (Example, Parcel A), and zoned with RR-DEO "Density Exchange Option", which allows additional development elsewhere in the county in exchange for reduced density onsite. The exact amount on density exchange is not listed on the document, so no indication to the number of units exchanged was listed.
