Pati I have watch two episodes of la frontera and I must say both one and two on point. With food and culture from the Mexican border US border you bring both and understanding of representation of a evolution experience of history nature the humanity perspective, on both sides of the border. Having family members on both side plus living in Tucson Arizona for five years working at missile systems Raytheon company. Watching episode two brought tears of joy to my eyes a understanding how Ruby Az and the caretaker Liz her perspective of the people that she helping. The migrant immigrant by bringing food and water was a heartfelt sadness but a Appreciation to see the good that these people are doing. The Tucson indigenous Tejano nation tribe the culture of food harvesting plus the culture of the nation when you said do you guys sing a song when planting and harvesting she replied yes and sang the harvesting song my goodness I started crying what a beautiful culture you brought out continue this you’re so right on point. Patie I’ve been watching your cooking for the last year and a half enjoy all your cooking shows but this la frontera, So Far Mae Favourite.
