• the Terrapins would be eliminated, a use of future tense here. Past tense would suggest were would be a better fit?

Baton Rouge Capitals

• Professional Development League is a redirect, pipe the link to USL League Two.

This is the only part of the review that I'll dissent on. At the time he played in the league, it was the Premier Development League – that didn't change until this year, and therefore Mullins never actually played under the USL League Two banner. New York City FC

• A query on the use of NYCFC. Obviously it's an abbreviation of New York City F.C but is it an actual nickname of the club? For example Manchester United would be MUFC, but I wouldn't expect to see "Ronaldo scored ten goals for MUFC" on an article if you see what I mean.

Both the club and the league use NYCFC as a secondary way to refer to the club. Their official nicknames (which all can be found on their page) could easily be substituted here as well, I just went with the one that was used most often by official sources.
