The second half of the section on Temperament is exactly the same as part of the article on Jack Russell Terriers. Considering this article doesn't cite its sources, perhaps other parts of the article have been cut and pasted from other dog articles?

There does appear to have been some cutting and pasting, however it does not logically follow that this would have happened in the rest of the article. It also does not make the information any less valid. As a Russell Terrier and Lakeland / Patterdale cross owner I can testify that this information is accurate for both dogs. Lanfear's Bane
I've bred and raised a number of Patterdale terriers. While I have had a few with strong prey drive, most are content with being "lap dogs". It's one of the biggest difference between Russels and Patterdales. I believe this information needs to be double checked and cited, or removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.28.225.49 (talk) 21:49, 2 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Story about the dog seemed abit long for wikipedia and it was TL;DR for me. can anyone verify that the story is correct? SACP (talk) 02:51, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

I've just done a bit of a clean up, but I'm leaving the {Cleanup} tag on for the moment. I've also added a {how to} tag to the section on temperament as it is still a bit of a mess: adding sources for some of the statements, and rewriting it to make it seem less like a users' guide or "choosing your puppy" article would greatly improve that section ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 09:47, 14 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
