POV of the rationale section

"True intentions" clause
editI cannot find anything supporting the thing about "call your broker to let them know your true intentions". As far as I can tell, the rule is rigid, and non-discretionary. --Ipatrol (talk) 19:47, 28 May 2020 (UTC)
- @Ipatrol: I just removed that, as the reference didn't support it either. I also qualified the topic of the article as being in the United States, at least until somebody globalizes it. – voidxor 19:44, 1 June 2020 (UTC)
