As per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (people), which references Spanish naming conventions, I put this page at Patxi Vila for two reasons. Surname is simply Vila as the second surname is dropped in Spanish names. I placed the article at Patxi rather than Francisco or Francisco Javier as The most used name to refer to a person is generally the one that Wikipedia will choose as page name. A quick Google search showed about 37,000 hits for Patxi, 34,000 for Francisco and 15,000 for Francisco Javier. It's not overwhelming, however. Regards, SeveroTC 20:57, 20 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
