– The law professor, soccer player, and runner get 0-3 views per day, whereas the fighter gets an average of over 3000. A month ago, he had 63000 views because of the event he was on, but he regularly averages 1000-3000 views, confirming he is the primary topic. There should be a hatnote that will go to the diambiguation page should this move be approved. Marty2Hotty (talk) 02:13, 4 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
the fighter is by far the most significant of the individuals listed there. The purpose is to allow visitors to locate who they are searching for easily. Marty2Hotty (talk) 16:11, 10 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
Support. Clear long-term primary topic. Very obviously not "recentism" as the fighter has consistently been getting orders of magnitude more pageviews since late 2018. Lennart97 (talk) 09:36, 11 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi SCB, all MMA fighters' pages (1.2K) in Wikipedia use Sherdog and DOB of MMA fighter is well-publish in many independent, reliable sources which is not violet BLP guidelines. Be safe and best. Cassiopeiatalk09:07, 29 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Cassiopeia:WP:DOB must be widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject such that it may reasonably be inferred that the subject does not object. The closing statement on the Sherdog RFC was, Overall, the consensus is that the source should be used with caution, on a case-by-case basis. Any source that must be used with caution is not appropriate for personal details in a BLP, and Sherdog isn't linked to the subject. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to find evidence that it's been widely published by reliable sources. It should not be restored until it's been demonstrated that WP:DOB is satisfied. – 2.O.Boxing09:55, 29 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
Just to clarify, sources like Sportskeeda and other such user-generated "celeb net worth" websites aren't appropriate either. That's all I can find in my searches. – 2.O.Boxing09:59, 29 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
