please improve this article!
editThis person will be a presenter at Wikimania, and as such we can expect this article to get more traffic than usual. Now would be a great time improve if possible, and make sure everything is accurate! Brassratgirl 20:15, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- I've improved (I hope) one section. I'd like to read some written feedback from anyone who hears Ginsparg's talk at Wikimania 2006 somewhere, perhaps here!---CH 04:35, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
re: the "quotation"
editUm, does anybody really think that a quotation from nobody-knows-whom that this person once used in his email signature is a relevant and significant part of his biography? I'm inclined to delete this whole section and maybe find the time to write something more interesting. --Dupea (talk) 16:28, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
Birth date verification required
editThe following edit was made by a now-blocked editor:

This editor was blocked for frequent copyvios, but he also made a long string of "minor" edits adding up to 4000 characters of new text. What he touched here was the birth date. I looked at both citations. I can't find the day of the year in the first citation (after Google translation), and the second strikes me as dubious (for all I know, it scraped Wikipedia and is feeding our own dubious information back to us). — MaxEnt 21:31, 23 June 2015 (UTC)
