Yes, Paul Hoornaert died in Sonnenburg : https://belgium.postsen.com/local/58286/About-fascists-in-Belgium-the-real-one-this-time.html? Strange situation, because sources said he died in different places, but actually it was in Sonnenburg and in the museum there in Sonnenburg/Slonsk, they have the register and his photo is in the museum.
With this first book over this topic we know that is there, because they are the informations and pictures inside de book.

The issue about that is that they are reliable sources saying he died in Brendonk or in Dachau, bit it's a mistake.--BobofLiege (talk) 01:31, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
