Paul Revere in music act (Paul Revere & The Raiders) is Paul Revere Dick, so 'Paul Revere' is not a Pseudonym. See the Disambiguation page for the singer Madonna (Madonna Louise Ciccone). Madonna the singer, on the disambiguation page, is simply listed as 'Entertainer, American singer and actress' but not as a 'pseudonym'.
