It is not slanderous to report that somebody criticised the subject if that is verified by reliable sources, which is true in this case. In fact, those references are the only ones int he article which prove Gillespie's notability - she is notable (in the wikipedia sense) because people write about her, not because she is on the radio. (In the majority of cases, being a radio announcer is "just a job"). I think the real issue here is one of balance - one negative sentence in a three sentence article. The best way to address that is to expand the article with a greater amount of sourced neutral material. If that can't be found, then she probably fails notability and the article needs to be deleted. dramatic (talk) 03:54, 17 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Polly is only notable for having her otherwise unnotable wikipedia page maliciously edited: http://www.nzherald.co.nz/opinion/news/article.cfm?c_id=466&objectid=11722241. I can think of a good way to resolve this whole thing - mark for deletion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.99.234.54 (talk) 21:27, 17 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
