Dated and Offensive?
editUmm... This article is really dated. I think the term "pauper" is pretty deroggatory and obsolete. It seems that part of the article was written in 1913? Maybe rewriting this with some reference to negative connotations and the dated nature of this term?Fokion (talk) 03:54, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
Picture of homeless person in Moscow?
editI belive that since "pauper" is a reference to the non working poor in England that were classified under "Poor's law". The picture should reflect that of the homeless in the UK.
