I have revised the article, adding an infobox and the 29 daily newspapers owned by Paxton. The weekly newspaper list is incomplete. As Paxton does not appear to have a website, and it is a privately held company, the information appears hard to come by.
I have also added information on criticism of PMG and it's holdings, mainly because I think it is important to hold news and information sources accountable, to insure fair and accurate reporting. I've tried to represent NPOV, but feel free to modify to ensure that it is neutral, if need be.
I also removed the out-of-place information on The Herald-Sun, as it is more appropriate on the newspaper's main article, where that info is already present. The text excised, for posterity, is:
The Herald-Sun in Durham, North Carolina is currently owned by Paxton Media Group. The (Durham) Herald-Sun was formerly The Durham Morning Herald and The Durham Sun merging in the early 1990's. The Durham Sun dates back to 1889.
The Durham Herald Company sold the newspaper and its sister paper The Chapel Hill Herald in January 2005 ending its independent, family-owned status under the Rollins Family.
The Herald-Sun's circulation numbers were 41,000 (Sunday), 39,000 (Monday-Friday) and 34,000 (Saturday) as audited in 2006.
