leading section

I made a few changes to the first section. The reason for this change is that the leading section's tone may not reflect the encyclopaedic tone used on Wikipedia and has not been summarised.

Encyclopaedic Tone

I have changed some of the sentences that not suitable for encyclopaedia tone which is informal in the sections of process. In the section of PTS company, the tone is more like advertising the "Pay to Surf" company instead of providing a neutral point of view about the company.

The Article information need to be updated and there is some recent news about Pay to Surf which includes different voices. adding citation & Encyclopaedic Tone

Two news articles have been added to this Wikipedia. Two references have been added after bubble collapse and exchange for gifts. In order to fit the Encyclopaedic Tone, I modified some sentences in this wikipedia. (RWPJDW)
