Ownership and unselfish sharing
editThis article says "She has been unselfish in sharing the knowledge she has gained with others." That's not the impression I get from Schwartz, P.; Schwartz, M. (2011). The Dance Claimed Me: A Biography of Pearl Primus. Yale University Press. p. 89. ISBN 978-0-300-15534-1., which seems to describe acrimony over others playing "her" song. What was ' 'America Dances' '?
editSection https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pearl_Primus#Background mentions her getting a wardrobe job at America Dances and eventually becoming a dancer there. Was this the radio show America Dances that has an article on Wikipedia? America Dances But would a radio show need wardrobe or dancers? Greg Dahlen (talk) 12:46, 29 September 2021 (UTC)
