The "Hi-ho, oui-oui" guy

My edit regarding the presence of the "hi-ho, oui-oui guy" at a Peelander-Z show has been removed a couple times. Below is a link which clearly shows his presence at the show. Hopefully, this will be enough: https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=David%20Brown%20peelander-z
