I have created the article under this name since this the under which the Legation Quarter is known in the West. Even though Dongjiao minxiang is the name of the street running through the area and not the quarter in the strict sense of thr word, I decided to link this article to Dongjiao Minxiang in Chinese Wikipedia, because this makes most sense. I hope this explanation satisfies those who are preoccupied with "exact" translations on Wikipedia. --Niohe02:36, 4 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
