Comments:
- Since there are less than 5 PA requests at Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. Roads/Maps task force/Requests, request a map of the route.
- I put a request in on IRC for it.Mitch32(Want help? See here!) 17:56, 17 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
- "after switching between a numerous amount of designations" sounds awkward.
- "U.S. Route 15, U.S. Route 111, U.S. Route 220, U.S. Route 711": "and" should be added before "U.S. Route 711".
- Downsize the US 711 shield.
- "which started a drastic state takeover of highways around the commonwealth" sounds wordy and awkward.
- "Near that an intersection"? sounds awkward.
- "12 miles (19 km)" should have the abbreviation parameter on.
- The sentences "As of July 2009, the design is 40% completed and the project was as of 2008 put on a freeze by Governor Edward Rendell. The project, which will take $9 million (2009 USD) to study and design, and another $525 million (2009 USD) to construct." sound awkward.
- The sentence "The route and the river meet, where Route 405 turns to the northwest along a rural, unpopulated stretch of Chillisquaque Township." sounds awkward.
- "the Susqeuahnna West Branch" sounds colliqual.
- The sentence "The route returns to the shoreline of the West Branch of the Susquehanna River, continuing northward, passing Turbot Hills Golf Course." sounds choppy.
- "where the route becomes populated by forests" sounds awkward.
- What is "a merge of railroad tracks" supposed to mean?
- You use "the route" twice in the sentences "The route continues northward, leaving Dewart at an intersection with Delaware Drive. The route heads northward, crossing through the rural areas before intersecting with Pennsylvania Route 54, where the two highways merge". Can one of the instances be changed?
- "the West Branch" sounds colliqual.
- The sentence "Route 405 continues along Montgomery Street, passing through downtown and at an intersection with School House Road, the highway leaves Montgomery. Route 405 continues to the northeast along a set of railroad tracks and at an intersection with Saegers Station Road, enters the community of Saegers." is wordy and needs to be split.
- Try not to use "Route 405" in almost every sentence of route description.
- The sentence "The route heads northward, intersecting with the western terminus of Pennsylvania Route 118 before heading for a short distance, with the Route 405 designation terminating at an intersection with U.S. Route 220." sounds awkward.
- Are the names known for the routes in the major intersections table?
