Should this be its own article?
editWell, Russia is no longer part of the USSR, and this award is still being handed out to many people. So should it really redirect to that other page? Esn 12:12, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
- The title is incorrect. It should say People's Artist of the Russian Federation but that page already exists albeit as a stub. The contents of this page should be moved to the other article bearing the proper title matching the original Russian article verbatim and this one redirected there.
