Without any references, the wp:notability has been questioned by me twice (I hadn't realised I'd done it twice independently while coming from the dab, no edit warring involved). The information is currently not verified, and may be verifiable and notable. Until that point, a notability tag only helps highlight this, and removing it without indicating a source seems a problem. (the two other language articles also have no sources) Widefox; talk13:54, 10 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
I added some references now. However, an important point is that unreferenced articles aren't inherently non-notable. In this case the material in the article, albeit unreferenced, clearly clarified the notability of the organization in question. --Soman (talk) 04:01, 11 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
Soman Great. Agree, but not with the last bit...material in the article does not per WP:NOTEWORTHY. When challenged per WP:NRV " However, once an article's notability has been challenged, merely asserting that unspecified sources exist is seldom persuasive, especially if time passes and actual proof does not surface. ". per WP:FAILN, regards Widefox; talk08:25, 11 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
