Contested deletion

This page should not be speedy deleted because... the company is very prominent in the business world. Though it doesn't have the revenue of other larger companies, it is very influential. Its founders, Don Peppers and Martha Rogers, have written 8 books on the topic of customer strategy. I wanted to link their pages to this one.

Peppers & Rogers Group is also mentioned on its parent company's listing, Teletech. I couldn't figure out how to link to its sublisting of the Teletech page, so I created its own page.

I understand that this should be encyclopedic entries that would be of interest to the general public. I'm not trying to promote anything. It just makes sense to mention it in relation to Don Peppers, Martha Rogers, and Teletech.
