Contested deletion
editThis article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... I suggest a history merge into Perry M. Smith (general) to preserve attribution. --Eastmain (talk • contribs) 23:30, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
- I didn't think a merge (history or otherwise) was needed; I just did a plain redirect to the other article about the same person. The history is preserved as the history of the redirect, in case anyone needs it. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 01:30, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
