  • " Grand Union Hotel.[3] Construction..." just a solitary ref in the lead, probably could be removed as long as the material is noted and referenced in the main body.
    • Removed.
  • " in 2010. In 2016" vaguely clunky.
    • Fixed.
  • "the Dual Contracts was" were?
    • Fixed.
  • " cost $3.5 million, then a very high sum.[" consider inflation so we don't need "then a very high sum". And consider inflation on the other contemporaneous values.
    • Fixed.
  • "The 25-story building's site. and " rogue period.
    • Fixed.
  • " investor Henry Mandel[a] offered " awkward red link/note combo somewhat detracts from the fine prose.
  • "accepted.[23]<[24]" rogue <.
    • Fixed.
  • "Pershing Square Building Corp. " with or without period? Be consistent.
  • Continental Can Building could be a reasonable redirect to create since you have it in bold.
    • Done.
  • "The current owner..." -> "As of 2020 the owner is..."
    • Done.
  • "110 East 42nd Street" has been linked a couple of times already before you get to the third link in the Description section.
  • "peace.[47][35]" while you're editing, could you order these?
    • Done.
  • Could link Vanderbilt Avenue (in the caption).
    • Done.
  • " is a 24-story office " vs "who took up the 24th and 25th floors"?
  • Check consistency in refs, e.g. ref 37 has a URL and a publication date but no accessdate, unlike the others.

The article is excellent and it's hard to find fault. It's certainly GA quality but could we just address these issues before I promote? Cheers. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 11:56, 1 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
