editI wrote this article on Personal Effectiveness because though there are a few related topics: (self help, personal development) the topic is pretty huge and I think this particular subgenre needed to be explained a bit better.
I hope to get some feedback from other editors to make sure the style and standards are acceptable before posting it to the "real life" namespace.
