The paragraph about personality rights in France
This paragraph is particularly poor. The article 9 of the French civil code only concerns the privacy, there is almost nothing about the right of personal portrayal (articles 226-1 and 226-8 of the French penal code) and its most famous exceptions (article 122-5 of the French intellectual property code). Please look at this article which is very well documented: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Droit_%C3%A0_l%27image_des_personnes --Gouessej (Gouessej) 14:48, 11 June 2014 (UTC)
