editHow can this be applied to broadcasting of wifi? Conflicts between neighbors are on the rise due to offensive wireless network names. I am aware of one dispute that is occurring right now in which a resident of an apartment complex has a racially insensitive broadcast, but the apartment authorities feel that there is nothing they can do to restrict it. How would this type of law apply to situations like this? Any help in my research would be appreciated.
