Pete was the centre of many of the show's funniest moments, such as falling into the pool whilst desperately trying to avert it. During a task where the housemates wrote their future autobiographies, Pete stated that after leaving the house "I sat on my arse doing nothing. I filled my face with spam and shaved my right testicle whilst making love to a wellington boot. I changed my name to Deidre and wore a prosthetic head. I lived in my own intestines, where I became lord ruler of the turds. Then I was sectioned." Pete was the bookmaker's favourite since week one to win the series. On August 18, 2006, Pete won Big Brother 7 with 61.2% of the final vote (between him and Glyn).

That requires a citation. Even, of course, the date at which is aired, is good enough. Also, the statistic requires one too; it's good enough if it was on the eviction night. IolakanaT 13:54, 20 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Sorted.

Found a mention of the teddy bear from Robert Smith of The Cure. It is in an article from The Sun here

After Big Brother

edit

John McCririck called Pete 'a hero' for "costing the bookmakers hundreds of thousands of pounds"., even though his odds of winning were the shortest throughout the series and the bookmakers would have lost a lot more money if a different housemate had won.

Removed the highlighted section as Pete was an obvious favourite from early in the show meaning very little money was bet on the other contestants hence his winning cost the bokkmakers more that if any other contestant had won. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.80.32.9 (talkcontribs)

Hehe well I didn't particularly want to see it either, but there you go. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 15:54, 5 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

I removed the link, I don't think it should even be there. J Ditalk 13:26, 6 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

I can't believe I posted that here, of all places. — AnemoneProjectors (zomg!) 23:09, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
I went back on the history but the link doesn't work anymore. Damnit! Squidward2602 16:11, 26 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Google Image search him and you'll find the nude pics. Like Jamie Brookbsy, he's large. Why is there no mention of the nude "Big Brother: Adults Only" footage in the article? That's the main reason everybody remembers this guy. --98.232.181.201 (talk) 20:57, 7 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

This dang sentence that keeps getting reverted

edit

Can we please leave it like this:

This was first shown on Day 89 in a conversation with Richard and then again on Day 90 in a conversation with Aisleyne but in both conversations they said that he had told them this before.

The version it keeps getting reverted back to needs to be sourced; it says that Pete's premonition wasn't discussed before Day 89, but the other housemates said it was. If it hadn't been discussed before, how would we know this? Had other discussions taken place, we wouldn't know as any discussions that did take place before Day 89 weren't aired. Is there a source to say that it wasn't discussed before Day 89? Were Richard and Aisleyne lying when they said it had already been discussed? J Ditalk 20:37, 8 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Agree with J Di; also to the users who reverted please be civil when making any edits. --Alex (talk here) 20:38, 8 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Since he left

edit

Has this person actually done anything other than Big Brother? There seem to be a few "alleged" book deals and record deals that haven't surfaced oh and a few magazine articles about him and the screeching howler monkey formally known as Nikki Grahame. This page is fancruft! 85.210.156.127 00:22, 23 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Some of them probably shouldn't. — AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:08, 11 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Upgraded to C-Class (WP: Big Brother)

edit

I have upgraded this article to C-Class as it meets the criteria, the article has a good amount of information but not enough yet for B-Class. More reliable sources would be good to improve the article. ♪♫Alucard 16♫♪ 23:22, 7 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Married

edit

Pete and Cherry got married today but it doesn't appear to have been reported anywhere (reliable) so I am unable to add it to the article. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 20:35, 13 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Someone has added this fact but it's still not referenced. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 18:53, 15 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
