Pete George
editI have added some sources and changed the info in the article per them. All of them relate his parents to Bulgaria (in ethnic sense) and to Macedonia (in regional sense). He became also a prominent orthodontist. Jingiby (talk) 14:35, 2 November 2018 (UTC)
- Alek.eu, in the biographical book "Secrets of the Squat Snatch", Gatekeeper Press, 2018, ISBN 1619846861, with co-author Peter George, he himself and his parents are described as Bulgarians. Check here, please and stop vandalizing the article. Thanks. Jingiby (talk) 14:31, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
- The Starting Strength article currently cited first states the parents were Macedonian immigrants and then states the parents were Bulgarian immigrants. I just added a note to reflect this. It does seem like most sources describe him as Bulgarian, though I also see Elliott Robert Barkan writes of him as a Macedonian American. --Local hero talk 16:06, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
