I have permission from the LPL Phoenix press team, Peter Smith, and Sara Hammond (who wrote the original text) to put this text on wikipedia. Thanks, -kurt

I believe you, but we need a bit more than that to satisfy the lawyers. Here's what we need:

A notice on the original page saying that you release it under the GFDL or into the public domain OR
An email from an address associated with the original page to permissions-en at wikimedia dot org.
