This was originally an article about the northern irish football player, to which the US soldier was added. In the interests of link sanity, I split the two off into their own articles (discussed briefly at Talk:Peter Thompson (soldier). ). In the process of disambiguation, I discovered the merchant, the golfer, and the horse! I'm betting there are a couple more Peter Thompsons to be found somewhere. -- John Fader (talk · contribs) 17:37, 6 Mar 2005 (UTC)

This article changed from a dab page into this bio somewhere along the way. I've moved the disambiguation list, which I found in the history, to Peter Thompson (disambiguation). - Nzd (talk) 23:58, 9 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
