The article is about a hill, not a locality
editPeters Hill (formerly Peter's Hill) is gazetted by the South Australian government (which is the authority for place names in SA) as a hill and not as a locality or suburb. Also, a map published by the District Council of Clare and Gilbert Valleys does not show Peters Hill as one of its localities (please refer http://claregilbertvalleys.sa.gov.au/page.aspx?u=126).
