Is this just an alternative name for one of the Petrie Papyri?

edit

Although this term has occured multiple times in books and magazines, is this just a variant spelling of "Petrie Papyrus", and actually the same thing as the Kahun Gynaecological Papyrus? -- The Anome (talk) 12:40, 25 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. The publications that have used this spelling which I reviewed all seemed to be taken from a single source, including this page, itself. When they cite references, they're usually identical to this page's refs. From all I can tell, this is just a misspelling from a single source that's been quoted over and over again. BTW, all these publications make the mention in an article primarily about contraception, and often make other factual errors concerning ancient Egyptian medical papyri. None of them would make a reliable source, and this article's sources are not, either. I am removing links and categories to this article, and converting it to a redirect to Kahun Gynaecological Papyrus. Hi-storian (talk) 05:31, 9 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
