Not a luxury car

The Peugeot 407 is definately not a luxury car. It is a large family car, the same as a Ford Mondeo, Opel Vectra, Citroën C5, Renault Laguna and Volkswagen Passat. It has a lower price tag, less powerful engines and inferior material and building quality than a Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3 Series, Audi A4, Jaguar X-Type, VOlvo S60, Saab 9-3, Alfa Romeo 159 and similar. -- NaBUru38 17:33, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

peugeot 407SW

please inform about gps and telephone system in above car. I purchased second-hand 2004 model in south africa and need to know whether these features can be used here as well.

Sales Figures

Any idea, even anecdotal suggestions, as to why the sales figures have dropped so much? Is this a reason why the new series is now the 508? To get away from the mess of the 407's front styling. Its tiny boot space is what put me off buying one, but the lights and grill made it really difficult to accept for me as a car I would have wanted. A Taxed Mind (talk) 18:41, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

I have a 52 plate (uk 2003) so they didn't manufacture from 2004!
