edit"He has now written over a hundred thrillers for adults" -- not under the name Philip Kerr, that's for sure. Information on pseudonyms is required to validate this claim. Tanzeelat 08:48, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
I agree, and I took it out. Not sure why it was still there. ActuarialFellow 03:00, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
I am not a regular contributor so I do not know the exact convention for noting it, but is it worth it noting that the novel that was published under the title "Dead Meat" in North America is the same as the one titled "Grushko" in the UK (as per http://www.librarything.com/search_works.php?q=grushko) Nessman (talk) 04:15, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
- It was originally published as Dead Meat in the UK, but republished as Grushko as a tie-in edition for the television adaptation.Tanzeelat (talk) 08:40, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
- have added a note about Dead Meat being adapted for UK TV as Grushko and then being republished under that title.Tanzeelat (talk) 10:36, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
He doesn't use pseudonyms ! --Bobybarman34 (talk) 12:28, 20 April 2012 (UTC)
Beware - poisoned link alert!
editI've changed the official website back to http://www.philipkerr.org/ Can you please ban whoever linked to http://www.pbkerr.com - my antivirus flags this as a serious threat! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.46.32.224 (talk) 02:16, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
- The pbkerr.com site is fine. Stale, but non-threatening. --Walor (talk) 17:21, 14 March 2012 (UTC)
Bernie Gunther and Philip Kerr
editI'm sorry, but I have created and article about Bernie Gunther, the Philip Kerr's main character but it was been deleted. Now, the article about the writer has the same name of the caractere. In my article, I have done Bernie's biography. It's not the Philip Kerr's one. Who have renamed the article and why ?! --Bobybarman34 (talk) 17:49, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
Nationality
editSince when have citations been required for an author's nationality? And really, citing a US newspaper to prove a writer is British?Tanzeelat (talk) 13:04, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
- I have removed the citation.Tanzeelat (talk) 08:39, 21 November 2013 (UTC)
Bibliography
editThe year in which a story is set do not properly belong in a bibliography. If the information is necessary, then create a section on the series' internal chronology and put it there.Tanzeelat (talk) 08:38, 21 November 2013 (UTC)

Family background
editHe was clearly not of European descent. What was his family background? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:9E8:263:DB00:6D25:5A74:120D:62EA (talk) 09:51, 5 October 2021 (UTC)
