I was not aware of the earlier article on Phoenix when I created this one. I recommend the content be merged and the full article made available to our readers. Phoenix and its underlying platform are noteworthy and powerful tools, as noted by the comments in the draft discussion and the additional links and reference information in the earlier draft. According to this paper, 10,000 stars puts it in the top quartile of the top 2500 repos on GitHub - a significant demonstration of notability. I haven't participated in an AFC discussion before, but will lend my support for the immediate inclusion of the expanded information.
