Anyone
editAnyone have info on editions newer than 2005? --Galaxiaad 16:26, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Is the PDR junk? Has entries for quack products.
editHas the PDR descended to the level of a Who's Who scam? Looking at http://www.pdr.net/full-prescribing-information/essentia-water?druglabelid=3618 = https://archive.is/IIw2M and http://www.amazon.com/2015-Physicians-Desk-Reference-Edition/dp/1563638304 makes me think there is very little oversight - they basically will print whatever information manufacturers feed them. https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02118883?term=Essentia&rank=1 confirms the study was done, but come on. Water ionizers are bunk. --Elvey(t•c) 03:40, 9 October 2015 (UTC)

Very important entry in Wikepedia (recognizing the PDR), but I am having trouble (as expected, no doubt!) in accessing the actual drug information. I HAVE an OLD PDR, but I want very current information on, for example, both of these COPD meds: Performist and Bravana. How do I get info on these new drugs without having to buy a new PDR or driving to the library to look at their (possibly outdated) PDR ?? |
