There are some performances on this concerto . you may buy them from ebay.com or amazon.com . [shahriarplus@yahoo.com]
- Yes, there have been recordings since before 1940. Recordings regarded as perhaps notable (among performances from decades ago I expect there are several (Ingrid Haebler/Eduard Melkus, perhaps one of Wilhelm Kempff's and/or Walter Gieseking's (with Hans Rosbaud)? There's a recording with composer-pianist Carl Reinecke and Bruno Walter conducting the Vienna Philharmonic on the label (not the tempo :) ) Andante, I don't know how it's regarded.) Among somewhat more recent pianists who I believe recorded the concerto - I would assume well, but I haven't heard these recordings, I think- indeed, I'm not familiar with that many classic recordings of some repertoire - Claudio Arrau, Daniel Barenboim, and Alfred Brendel come to mind. And Ivan Moravec. Schissel | Sound the Note! 20:40, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
I dunno, but doesn't the beginning of the third movement of this concerto also sound like one of Bach's fugues - the Fugue in E minor (BWV 855)? Just an opinion. Borninbronx10 (talk) 16:16, 8 February 2010 (UTC)
"Haus zur Mehlgrube"?
editThis is nonsense. This building was named "Die Mehlgrube".--91.113.59.143 (talk) 19:53, 10 February 2017 (UTC)
