"Advantages" and "Disadvantages" Sections

I've merged the "Advantages" and "Disadvantages" sections into a singular "Nutrition" section-the two sections by themselves sounded too much like an ad. Also edited were claims that the food could prevent Alzheimer's disease, among other potentially harmful claims. The sentence that needs clarification is simply confusing and I have a hard time trying to figure out what it is trying to say. The Chinese-language reference doesn't help, either.
