Hello, I think it would be good to possibly explain when pig scalders were first used (the history behind them and their invention). Unrelated and on a different note, some facts that would be an interesting addition would be, for example, how hot the scalders usually are kept. I just think these would be an interesting addition to have a little bit more information on them and their part in pig slaughter so there are no misconceptions!
