This article is a straight lift of a para from the old History of the British Virgin Islands article that I am endeavouring to consolidate. Apart from adding the first para (including the quote from Colquhour about coloured privateers, which I rather liked) I have added nothing, but after I finish with re-writing History of the British Virgin Islands I am hoping to circle back and clean this up and put in a lot of missing material. --Legis (talk - contributions) 16:32, 4 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
