Pit Martin is missing and presumed dead?
editI just noticed this inserted into his bio here, and I have looked everywhere for a news story, but haven't found anything. What's your source? JJPasadena (talk) 05:19, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
Man I hope he's not dead, but if this story is true then I'm bumming. My father and I got to meet Pit and the guy was the nicest person you could ever imagine. JJPasadena (talk) 05:26, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
- I found this source from RDS (in French) [1]. However, it does translate into what the User inserted into the prose. I'll take this and clean up the article in a bit. – Nurmsook! talk... 06:08, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
It might be nice to include something in the article about the restaurant/sports bar he used to own in Windsor. Throughout the 80's it was THE place to watch a hockey game in the Detroit area.
I'll second that! Other than Don Cherry's, I think Pit Martin's was the best sports bar Windsor has ever had. I think it's worth at least a mention. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.18.15.5 (talk) 21:07, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
November 30 or December 1
editSince Martin was pronounced dead on Dec 1, shouldn't that be his death date? GoodDay (talk) 00:01, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
