A number of people pitafi's cast are lived in district Rhahim Yar Khan and its near like Sadiqabad ,Bhadurpur, Leyaqatpur,Khanpur its all tehseels of Rahim Yar Khan A great person of these area is "Sardar Muhammad Siddique Khan Pitafi"(Marhoom) from Sadiqabad.
