The creation of Pitcairn courts
edit"a special court set up to try the Pitcairn sexual assault trial of 2004"
If I remember well from the book South Pacific islands legal systems, there had been a court system in Pitcairn for a long time (including a supreme court), but judges had never been appointed to this court until it was necessary (for the current trial). So can we, in this context, say "a special court set up" for a court which already existed (even if it wasn't staffed)? Apokrif 10:35, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
